I am beyond excited to announce my new line of Beautiful Complicated Life merchandise! This has been on my “vision board” for over 2 years and I can’t believe it’s finally happening. In all of the uncertainty this year, a lot of personal life goals have been put on hold. It has taken a lot of mental energy to pivot and figure out my next move. I have always wanted to create merchandise that encompass my blog’s message of empathy and positivity. Strangely enough, this holiday season turned out to be the time to make that dream a reality.
In these last few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of working with some extremely talented and beautiful souls to design a product line that would be as stylish as they are timeless. Dreaming about my own line, I always knew I wanted to raise awareness for spinal muscular atrophy. When a medication for SMA was announced 5 years ago, I let myself Hope again for a potential treatment. Advances are being every day and I have decided to donate partial proceeds of the items to Cure SMA Canada, an organization committed to life-changing research for SMA. Depending on the item you purchase, proceeds ranging from 30%-75% will be donated to Cure SMA Canada. Give the gift of Hope this Christmas Season, because I can’t think of any other year we need more light in the world than 2020.
